India vs Pakistan: Rising Tensions After Pahalgam Attack

Will War Become Inevitable?

After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22nd April 2025, tensions between India and Pakistan have once again escalated. Since the incident, discussions around the possibility of war have intensified across the country. Patriotic citizens and media outlets are demanding a strong response from India. But the big question remains: Will there really be a war between India and Pakistan?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the nation, made it clear that India believes in peace but will definitely avenge the innocent lives lost. The government has given the Army "full operational freedom" while simultaneously working through diplomatic channels.

The Ministry of External Affairs has presented evidence against Pakistan to the United Nations and other international organizations.

What Defense Experts Say:

Defense experts believe that a full-scale war would be disastrous for both countries, especially since both are nuclear powers. India is more likely to focus on limited military actions such as surgical strikes or airstrikes, similar to the operations carried out in 2016 and 2019.

Pakistan’s Reaction:

Pakistan has once again issued statements claiming to favor peace. However, India this time is not willing to trust mere words. A more action-oriented strategy is being prepared.

Will There Be a War?

Looking at the current situation, it seems India will prefer limited and targeted military action rather than a full-fledged war. However, if Pakistan provokes further, the situation could escalate dramatically.

Conclusion:

India’s stance is clear: while the country prefers peace, it is fully prepared to act in defense of its people’s honor and safety. The coming days will be crucial. Setting aside all political calculations, it’s now a matter of national pride and dignity.
